GROWTH through peer mentorships, tutoring services, and other one-on-one supports. ACHIEVEMENT, by assisting participants with employment and internship opportunities. TRANSFORMATION through informative workshops focused on self-advocacy, social development, organization, and many other crucial lifelong skills. And ENRICHMENT by providing a wide variety of professional services offered specifically to GATE participants. The GATE program is for students who identify as Neurodivergent.

The path to employment for Neurodivergent Individuals can often be difficult but CNDEI is doing the heavy lifting to make sure that there are exponentially more employers who understand and value neurodivergent talent. We are also making sure that colleges are providing customized career services to help with job preparation and connection for these students.
